6. INDEMNITY / LIMITATION LIABILITY

- Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Mama’s Pest Control and Cleaning Services, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, that result from:
